ISPCA Statement regarding health recalls ISPCA, like other animal rights organization, actively and continuously monitors field information related to our animals.  Our employees and volunteers look for data and trends that may indicate a cruelty to animal’s issue.  If ISPCA determines that a “cruelty issue” exists and decides that the issue has to be informed to our public, the organization will conduct a recall.
